hikarie ご飯 | Dinner at hikarie | 渋谷 Shibuya

昨夜、ヒカリエのLA LOBROSというお店で夕飯いただいきました～
平日の夜、とっても空いててびっくり！
目に飛び込んできたかき氷も気になるところでしたが…

I went to eat at hikarie - Shibuya yesterday! It's usually so crowded but wasn't in Monday evening....

7階のLA LOBROSというイタリアンにしましたー！
これは夏季限定のダージリングリア。
特にダージリンの香くあったわけではありませんが…笑
雰囲気で楽しめるものです。

We chose LA LOBROS on the 7th floor. This one is "Darjeeling Gria" though it was mostly red wine I couldn't find the darjeeling part....

メインは蓮根のボロネーゼ。茹でたものと揚げたもの、両方入っていて斬新でした！
美味しかったです。

Tully's のスワークルフェア | Swircle fair at Tully's

週末Tully'sに行ってきました～毎日あついから毎日スムージーが飲みたくなるゆきさんです。
現に毎朝フルーツミキサーにかけてスムージー飲んでます。朝の至福の5分間です。
I went to Tully's on weekend! Smoothie is a must on these hottest summer days....

トロピカルなグラスで来るのかと思いきや、違いました…笑
I imagined the glass below, but came with above! lol

底にヨーグルト、上部分がスワークルで二層になってました。すっきりさっぱりおいしかったです！
8種類くらいあったのでこの夏飲み尽くしたいですね～

岡山の白桃と静岡のピオーネ | Peach of Okayama and Pione of Shizuoka

先日、岡山の友人からお中元が届きました。
My friend sent me delicious peach from Okayama!

桃の旬が7月、一番おいしいのが7月中旬だそうで毎年贈ってくれるのですが、こんなに高いのに申し訳ない…となってしまいますね。
今年は特に、気温の影響でA級とB級の値段が0一桁違ったとか…笑
The season of peach is July, middle of July. She sends me peach every year in this season, but I know it's very expensive.....Because of the whether this year, A rank and B rank peach have a difference of 100 JPN and 1000JPN especially this year.


冷やしすぎるとおいしくないし剥きにくい桃ですが、朝起きて、冷蔵庫入れて、20分後くらいに向いて丸かじりするととってもおいしいのです。
The peach taste best without being too cold. I get up in the morning, place it nicely in the frige, and I bite the whole peach. It's just so delicious!


そして会社で、お客さんからいただいた静岡のピオーネ。こちらも旬はこの時期。
Also, we received Pione, grape of Shizuoka from our client. Pione is also in season right now.

一粒一粒がとても大きくて、実もしっかりしていたので食べ応えがありました。
種がなかったので食べやすかったです。
Each grape is so large and was easy to eat without seeds.

日本の果物は本当においですよね～！

This one is the hamburg. Straight iced tea had wonderful inscent.

夏季限定のパンケーキセット、オレンジアイスティーも気になるので8月中にまた行きたいと思います～～～
I'm very curious about the pancake set and the orange iced tea which both are until end of August.
I must go again~!

Drawing the scenery inside you with stones and sands : [Bonseki]

The process is placing stones on a black plate and drawing with special white sand. It is said that this traditional bonseki making has started since 6~7th century. Please experience background of the Japanese art of tea, flower, and inscent throught this traditional Japanese art.
盆石は黒塗りの盆に石を配し、白砂で羽根等特殊な道具を使って制作するもので、その起源は推古天皇(6～7世紀)の御代にまで遡るともいわれています。禅的思想を背景に茶道、華道、香道等と共に成熟し、貴族や僧侶のたしなみとなっていた伝統芸術です。この貴重な盆石体験を、今回は和州遠山流さまのご協力により開催させていただきます。
